Because your event is so important to you, we want you to know that we are here to make sure it is picture perfect.  We do many different types of parties and understand your concerns.  Your happiness is where we stake our reputation so never hesitate to ask any questions or bring to our attention any needs you may have.

The planning of your event will take some time.  Please call ahead for an appointment so we will be sure to have the time needed to spend with you when you visit.  There may be times that you will want to bring in various people associated with your event, such as a florist, and we again ask that you call and let us know so we can be there to answer any questions should they arise.  Since it is sometimes necessary for us to arrange our schedules to meet with you, we would appreciate a call if you cannot keep your appointment.  Be assured we make every effort to do things for your convenience.

We will make you feel at ease when planning your special event.  We are here for you when you need us.  We will help plan your food, order of events, room set-up and some of the details you may not have thought of.  Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us.
