Booking Information
Reservations: Client must submit a room fee no later than 15 days after original contract date to reserve a room.
In the event that client fails to further communicate with the Yacht Club during the above stated 15 day period and/or fails to submit the required deposit, we will assume client has no further interest in the room or floor reservation and release the room for other arrangements.
Cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. The initial deposit is the equal to your room fee.
Room Assignments: Room assignments are based on the size and needs of the client and Yacht Club. If the size of client’s function changes from the time of initial contact, the Yacht Club reserves the right to assign an alternate room or floor.

All food, beverage and applicable fees are subject to a 21% gratuity and 9.25% sales tax.
Decorations: Attachments to any light, sign, wall, post or appliance without management approval is prohibited. The client must remove all items hung with management approval before client vacates Yacht Club premises or a clean up fee will be imposed. This includes flowers, garland, etc.
Weddings: The Yacht Club is happy to recommend Cake Bakers, Florists, Photographers, etc. to assist in the planning of your reception. However, all arrangements need to be made directly with the vendors. Please inform the Yacht Club of your choices so we will be prepared for their involvement. A Vendor recommendation sheet is included in your information package.
No food or beverage of any kind may be brought to or taken from the Yacht Club premises.
Birdseed, Rice, Confetti & Rose Petals: Throwing of birdseed, rice or the use of confetti, glitter and rose petals is prohibited.
We will make every effort to meet with you at your convenience. If you are unable to keep an appointment, please call to reschedule for a more convenient time. While you are welcome to visit the club at any time, it may not always be possible for a Yacht Club representative to meet with you without an appointment.
